All published deliverables of WP2
D2.1 – End-users and Business Requirements
This report highlights the initial business scenarios envisaged for FLEXCoop together with our residential users requirement and cooperatives requirements, both based on surveys. This report reveals that the acceptance level to grant home devices’ management to cooperatives is 83% in Spain and 60% in the Netherlands. Many would not be willing if the managing company was a different one.
Read the report..D2.2 – Regulatory, Market, Socio-economic and Ethical Context Analysis in the Pilot Sites and anticipated (short- and mid-term) evolutions
This reports looks into Demand Response regulation at EU, Spain and Netherlands levels and hilghlights the social barriers to explicit Demand Response. This report reveals that regulatory conditions are far from optimal: Pooling loads is only possible for retailers in NL, whereas this simply not possible in Spain. The Clean energy Package should make the situation easier in both countries.
